No one is the perfect parent. Why do we expect ourselves to be? This episode explores how we can parent with more self-compassion. We must recognize our humanity in our parenting and grow our self-compassion so that we can also grow compassion for our children.
Self-compassion keeps us out of states of shame and blame and allows us to hold ourselves softly as we create the vision of the parent we wish to be AND hold with softness the parent we currently are.
